2. Scope of Services

• Abroademy offers guidance and advisory services only.
• Final decisions regarding admissions, scholarships, visas, and immigration approvals are made solely by universities, embassies, and respective authorities.
• We do not guarantee admission, visa approval, scholarships, or job placement unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.

3. Student Responsibilities

Students are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents.
• Meeting university and embassy deadlines.
• Verifying all information before submission.
• Understanding that misrepresentation or false documentation may lead to rejection, legal consequences, or blacklisting by authorities.

Abroademy shall not be liable for outcomes arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the student.

4. Fees and Payments

• Service fees are communicated transparently before onboarding.
• Fees once paid are non-refundable, unless explicitly mentioned in a written refund policy or service agreement.
• Any third-party fees (application fees, embassy fees, university deposits, courier charges) are not included unless stated otherwise.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, videos, and materials, is the property of Abroademy.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Abroademy shall not be liable for:

• Visa refusals, delays, or rejections
• University admission decisions
• Changes in immigration laws or university policies
• Loss caused by third-party services or institutions

Our role is advisory and facilitative in nature.

7. Communication & Consent

By registering with Abroademy, you consent to receive communication via calls, emails, WhatsApp, or SMS regarding counselling, updates, promotions, or service-related information.

8. Termination of Services

Abroademy reserves the right to discontinue services if:

• The student violates these terms
• Fraudulent documents are submitted
• Unethical or abusive behaviour is observed

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
